The US Postal Service tracking information says it was delivered, but I don't have it. What happens now?
Your first step is to check with your local post office, using the tracking number. It is possible they are holding it for delivery (on occasion a postal carrier will scan it delivered when they leave their mail truck, and then can't fit it in the mail slot/box and it goes back to the post office... they are supposed to leave a notice but sometimes that goes awry). Also, the local post office can check with the mail carrier in case the package was misplaced. If the package is missing, we will file an inquiry with the US Postal Inspection Service (the law enforcement and mail theft branch of the US Postal Service), and once we have a case number, we will be willing to re-ship the package via Priority Mail, Signature required.
